By accessing or using the website, courses, and services provided by Shiftful Atelier ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Services
Shiftful Atelier provides online drawing courses, educational materials, and creative workshops focused on developing meaningful artistic practices. Access is granted through our catalog and requires registration.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to enroll in courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Pricing
All courses and subscriptions are billed in USD. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We offer a 14-day refund policy for first-time purchases if you are unsatisfied with the course content. No refunds are issued after materials have been downloaded or 30 days have passed.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, worksheets, and content on the Shiftful Atelier platform are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Shiftful Atelier. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not share login credentials, upload harmful content, harass others, or attempt to reverse-engineer our platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shiftful Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination and Governing Law
We may terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
